I use to have Walgreens and wait 30 minutes on a line, get to the front and my medication is not even ready.This is a wonderful small business, literally the pharmacist knows my voice- I called off of a friends phone once (different caller ID) and John knew it was me.He told me to pick my prescription up in 10 minutes. “My kids are patients are Dr.Zaso in the shopping center. I previously used cvs but they have been really relaxed, not helpful and making errors in prescriptions ( not to mention rude). Family RX has been great right after a dr visit my son needed a prescription. We walked in waited maybe 5-10mins and the prescription was filled. Easy and simple transaction with a lot of help and smiles. Not to mention my baby was crying from shots and it didn't seems to phase them. “This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have been loyal patrons since early 2010s but the business has improved much more after this new owner’s takeover. The wait time is also short (~5 mins) even if your medicine isn’t ready yet compared to long lines of pharmacies like Walgreens where wait time can vary from 20 to 40 minutes due to an overworked singular pharmacist.An example of the pharmacy going above and beyond is when the pharmacist directly delivered a medication I needed 50 miles away while I was in college. I really could not believe that he did this, I distinctively remember asking if he was sure. I wanted to tip him when he arrived but he left the medication in my mailbox.This is just one of many examples and the reason I continue to be a loyal customer even after moving.”

“I am dealing with elderly parents. I called Franwin today for a back brace and the staff there stayed on the phone with me, while I was at work and had to put them on hold. The young lady who helped me (I do not know her name), was so patient with me. I was looking for a back brace and did not have measurements. She literally stayed on the phone with me going through all the measurements and what have you. It is clear the staff at franwin cares about your issues. And for this I am thankful. It has been quite a task navigating through the health care system. The staff at franwin were not only helpful at the moment, they offered future help. There is nothing like a mom and pop shop.”

Good guys.Wait time is not long.Edit: I was coming from work and would arrive a little after their closing time so I called to ask if they would wait for me. They said if their light is still on when I arrive, try to call and see. As I travel, the traffic kept worsening and I ended up arriving 24 minutes after they close. I thought they'd gone home already but still tried to pass by just in case they might be open. I saw their light on so I called right away and they let me in. They said they waited for me because medication is important .They're so nice! 10/10”
