I literally walked in, gave my name and I was immediately taken into the room and had the draw in five minutes from start to finish! Always used Quest in the past but had too many problems with their billing system. Tried Northwell Labs in Babylon and I will use them for all my future needs.”
“Waiting room was full but I was treated within 15 minutes. I had the good fortune of getting Carmelina. She is the BEST I've experienced in my 70 years! Without even palpating, she found the vein painlessly. I'm still in awe!”
“I ALWAYS use Bayshore Lab for blood work. They are gentle, kind and efficient. They are very patient with children too. The MOAs and nurses at most of my Dr office have a hard time finding my veins and I wind up becoming a “pin cushion”…at Bayshore, they find the vein, draw the tubes of blood and tape it up in less than 2 minutes…very professional and adept…”
“My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all! I get a lot of blood work and I’m so relieved to have found this location and will be going back for all of my labs such compassion and patience thank you so much!”

“This is the 3rd time I have had blood drawn by Milagros. That Lady is pure gold. She is always kind and gentle, and before I know it, she is done. She is the only one who works at the Smithtown Ave. Bohemia location. She does intake, paperwork and the blood draws. Even when very busy, she is so efficient that the wait time is minimal. I always feel like I am in good hands when I see Milagros and I hope Sunrise is treating her well as she deserves that! (And I don't think there will be too many phlebotomists willing to be a "one man band" if she ever decides to leave.)”

Both techs seem well alert and ready to start their day and seemed very attentive to all especially the little girl that was scared of getting blood drawn for the 1st time . “Quest Diagnostics, never have a problem coming here to give blood for medical testing. Everyone is always courteous and polite. All the way through the process everyone is quite delightful. Easy to make an appointment on the website, or if I had to in the waiting area using their kiosk. I am a blind person and quest makes it easy in my situation to also use their systems to schedule, or check in. It's always a pleasant experience here.”

“Convenient location - less than 2 miles from my house. Early appointments (6:30 am), easy and quick self-check-in. The hardest part was finding a vein. I was pricked twice and each time it was accurate. Note to self...drink water, even if fasting!”
“This place is great. You can walk in or make an appointment in advance; I do recommend making an appointment if you want quick and efficient service. The staff is very welcoming and personable. I would definitely recommend going to this specific location if you need bloodwork or labs for anything done!”

“I made an appointment but must of did something wrong although I had a picture in my phone, when I checked in, the key pad, said I had no appointment, I showed Kiara, she was one of the techs, she tried to help me, but she had to take care of patients, my appointment read 1.20, well Kiara was so kind she called me in at 1.20 she took my blood with no problems, thank you for having such a caring tech.”

“They service was great and positive vibes. only issue is they gave my wife a red drink. And left me with no warning but when we left she started letting them rip like bayblades. And when I tell you the smell was awful. I mean gas station bathrooms don’t smell that bad.”

“I have to say I am completely petrified and have panic attacks when I have to get blood drawn, but for the first time ever (I’m 33) I didn’t shed a single tear. The people there were more than accommodating and extremely calming. They got me in and out and I didn’t have a second to even think about it. I even went in a day earlier because I could not make my appt the following day and they took me quick no questions asked. I think a lot of people spend time writing negative reviews so I wanted to say I had the most pleasant experience and I am a tough stick! I recommend going here!”
