He’s helped me numerous times switching over my phone plan and hooking my house with spectrum Wi-Fi. Made a very stressful situation not so stressful and easy, guy is a true professional. I cannot recommend the spectrum store more because they have the best speed in Ithaca and the best staff. If you’re heading into the spectrum store, ask Richie you won’t regret it!

“I have heard bad things about this company but, after several years, I can say that I've only had good experiences. I get the bandwidth advertised and the staff is helpful.That said, this is a small company and it's hard to find somebody to talk to outside of normal business hours, even if there's a problem.Also, the technology is what it is. You only get good connectivity if you have a good line of sight to one of their towers and even then the bandwidth is not what you'd get from a cable service. But it's far better than DSL and much cheaper than 4G.”
