“I have heard bad things about this company but, after several years, I can say that I've only had good experiences. I get the bandwidth advertised and the staff is helpful.That said, this is a small company and it's hard to find somebody to talk to outside of normal business hours, even if there's a problem.Also, the technology is what it is. You only get good connectivity if you have a good line of sight to one of their towers and even then the bandwidth is not what you'd get from a cable service. But it's far better than DSL and much cheaper than 4G.”

“I went in after my phone had pretty much stopped working (i.e. wouldnt place or take calls or connect to mobile data). I was fully expecting to just have ti get a new phone but i had 3 extremely helpful employees listen to the problem I had with my phone (really listen). They trouble shot through all the problems and eventually came to the conclusion that it was the SIM card causing the issues. They switched it out for me and in a very timely manner, my phone was working again! They were so kind and helpful! Incredible staff, thank you very much. I only wish I had taken their names but I was with my toddler and in and out of the store in 15 mins. So if you helped me, thank you!!”
