“Absolutely phenomenal Service from Richie TAUTEROUFF! Five stars and beyond I’ve had Nothing but great experience’s with Richie. He’s helped me numerous times switching over my phone plan and hooking my house with spectrum Wi-Fi. Made a very stressful situation not so stressful and easy, guy is a true professional. I cannot recommend the spectrum store more because they have the best speed in Ithaca and the best staff. If you’re heading into the spectrum store, ask Richie you won’t regret it!
