It is close to Tops, Triphammer Marketplace, ALDI, and the highway, making errands a breeze. For commuting, the complex is on a frequent TCAT bus line to Cornell University and campus, a major perk. The property is well-maintained with clean landscaping and impressively prompt snow removal. Amenities include a BBQ area that management will reserve and hidden trails to nearby neighborhoods. Tenants describe it as a home away from home in a safe neighborhood with generally nice neighbors. Parking is easy, and units are functional with working A/C, heat, and appliances. Jordyn was absolutely amazing. Great tour guide and very informative. We chose a complex closer to the campus but loved Jordyn. May move to Lansing west after our first year as a PhD student at cornell
