“The staff are amazing, I feel very safe living here. The nieghbors look out for each other in am unspoken way. The maintenance is alway swift to response to repairs if needed. Lauren helped us when we were not sure about signing a new lease as my husband was looking for a job out of state. You are suppose to sign it before 60 days, she literally gave us up to a week before the new lease came into effect before signing it. Very class act. We are on our 3rd lease.”

“It’s an amazing place to live in. The staff is great and really nice, everybody was always available and happy to help with anything. Dream team.
It's also a great location, everything is within walking distance (restaurants, convenience stores, coffe shops, bus stops, Cornell campus, etc).
