Instead of hiring extra greeters to wish me hello and goodbye, perhaps you could keep all 3 teller windows open when you are busy?

I wanted to notarize a document and I walked into this branch and they only go by appointment from 9 to 11am which I think is ridiculous for a service that literally takes 2 minutes and most ppl come out of work after 4 or 5pm. I'm a chase customer for years and this was a bit disappointing.
