They don't serve customers, they only serve pretty faces. I was in line for 2 hours and they served everyone in the world except me. I left when I saw that they served 5 people before me.

Incompetent is an understatement. They don't know the Chase products ! Was told I had to wait for a banker (wait time was 1 hour) to see if they even have the paperwork for an IRA withdrawal. Bad service worst customer service.old lady with attitude. Could not resolve anything here but I Visited 74st branch and professional staff got my business issues resolved.
