“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! “Great customer service!! They just helped me, over the phone, correct the address of a package that was just dropped off to be mailed to me that had the wrong zip code. Phew!”
“Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”
“My staff, friends and I have been to this place many times and that the last time went there was to buy stamps and put in on the envelopes and mail it out. The people that worked there are nice friendly and kind.”
“Always has a very good selection of stamps compared to other post offices and you can't necessarily count on that in New York City. The clerks are also very helpful with whatever you need to do.”
“Arlene is the most efficient of all and she s a sweetheart too. She takes pride in her job, does it very well because she puts her heart into it. I had lots of parcels to send and she was very patient and attentive. She did make up 100 times for the frustration we can get sometimes. I wish all the usps employees were like her!”

The staff explained all the options available to meet my needs, making the process easy and smooth. “The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”
“Like others have said, friendliest service I have received in NYC! My clerk was #10 according to my receipt. Before being served she served an incredibly rude lady who made several rudimentary mistakes with her mail and she remained kind and patient (though if it were me I would have allowed her to make the mistakes and receive the package she was sending back at her house…)”
“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”
“This USPS gets a lot of flack but they are all hard workers. L. Rotali is incredibly sweet, and was crazy helpful while I struggled to send an international package. He was patient and even lent me his pen, which is rare for post office people! If you're patient, they will be patient too.”

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“I went for my passport appointment yesterday and Stewart was terrific. He explained everything very clearly and in a helpful way. He took a great photo of me even though I am not photogenic at all. The other staff seemed pleasant and the office is very clean and roomy. They have a great selection of cards and little gift-related accessories in case you need them. 5 star experience!”
