“I stopped by last minute to ask if they could install a new battery, but they told me to come back the next day. When I got to my car, it wouldn’t start at all. I walked back into the store and explained the situation, and even though it was freezing outside, one of the gentlemen came out right away to help.
He changed the battery in the bitter cold with his hands literally freezing, and he still got it done quickly and professionally. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Please give this man a raise!”
“I want to thank Hassan G For his help, I was standing there for over 4-6mins and one of the employees was just behind the computer he saw that I was standing there didn’t even acknowledge me, but yet he was answering calls and still even after his conversation still didn’t acknowledge me when Hassan came around from the back he saw me. hey do you need help and I’m thankful for that but to that other coworker that’s really bad for business. No huge lines so your in and out. I never had to bring back a starter or alternator once I got it from them. They specialize in this field. I just hope this place stays around for a long time. 5 stars!!!!!”
“This place is another hidden gem in ozone park. Save a lot of money by ordering my wifes replacement transmitter and having them just program them. They charge me a fair amount compare to orders in the area. This is a father and son buss. Two open garages I was in an out in under 20mins No long waiting like the other locations. If you don’t see something you want for your car just order it online and they’ll install for you:)”
