“My car was hit while parked at the shopping mall. I came into Epic Collision looking to pay out of pocket for the damage. As a first time buyer i was unsure and worried about going through insurance.I talked to Rasheed where he took me through the whole process and even told me what to say. Upon dropping off my car , Rasheed offered me a ride back home. Insurance adjuster viewed the car on 4/8 car was complete and ready for pick up 4/16. My car looked brand new like nothing ever happened. Rasheed went above and beyond and washed / cleaned the interior and exterior as well. Which I consider a very reasonable price on the lower end actually. I was offered the best price out of every shop I've contacted for this specific job, and the process went smoothly as everybody in the shop is skilled and knowledgeable. “Found myself east bound on the Belt July 4th weekend with a sudden loss of brake power. I thought it was the master cylinder which translates to major money. Staff quickly diagnosed as a faulty caliper costing substantially less than I was expecting. They test drove it to make sure all was well and even adjusted air in all my tires without being asked.
