Len-Harris did not disappoint, the knowledgeable salesman Jonathan knew all the specs and pointed me to great units. The crew that replaced the sleeve were clean professional and knew exactly what to do. The two units installed in 1.5 hours and work great. “Shout out to Kevin for helping my boyfriend and I get new phones. Kevin helped me switch my phone number over to Cricket and join my boyfriend's plan. He helped me pick out a case, transfer my personal info from my old phone to my phone, and did the same for my boyfriend. Kevin even helped me set up the Max that comes with my new, unlimited plan. Kevin picked out and placed my glass screen protector on my phone. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy 23 FE. My boyfriend upgraded to the IPhone 14. I will definitely be doing more cellular business here. I strongly recommend shopping here and doing everything phone related at this Cricket outlet.”

“The place I went before this one asked me how much the Apple store was charging me to repair my laptop screen before they would even quote me a price for my repair. When I balked because I felt uneasy, they tried to sell me a new computer they had laying around.
SDigital Computer & Phone Repair quoted me a price that was a few hundred bucks less than the first place I went to...without asking how much Apple was charging... but they already knew how much Apple charges anyway. They are knowledgable, fair, and competent. Repair was done same day, in a few hours and was a seamless repair. I would highly recommend based on my experience. Very happy customer here.”

I wanted to send a complimentary letter but I figured I would put it in this text. On April 2nd and 3rd I went up to TMobile in the Whitestone Shopping Center. I met two very valuable, kind, intelligent, helpful and kind employees. They were Vinny & Ali. These two were the best. If it's time for a raise, they deserve it too. They worked so hard to help me and they did!!!
On April 2nd, before, I went to Whitestone I went to Whitepoint Shopping Center and there was a young man, maybe Italian or Spanish, they were nasty, mean, lazy and told me they can't help me. I went to Whitestone and they helped me. If raises are coming DO NOT GIVE IT TO Whitepoint Shopping Center. Don't deserve nothing!!! Have a nice day!!!!”

“I’ve been coming here for years. I brought an upright Oreck vacuum from this store which has lasted for years and still works like new. I have a dog and three cats so very important that I use a powerful vacuum. Once a year I take it to M&M for a change of the brush, internal cleaning and new bags. Great service and good prices”
“Today we came in to get my iPhone repaired everywhere else quoted me $500 we were able to get an OEM Apple replacement for my iPhone for $225. It was an incredible experience we were in and out and initially when we walked in, they gave us an LCD display, and he let us know that initially I didn’t understand the difference and whenever we finished, he explained to the difference a bit more thoroughly and when I asked for him to please take it off and put an O lead on he did so with no complaints and did it extremely fast. If you have broken your phone, I would highly recommend coming in here. These guys are nothing but professional and very good at what they do.”

“Discount store that really has a lot to Discounted stuff. Buy from them often and probably spend WAY too much money there but life is short and I do need MOST of the things. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store well stocked, fairly neat and is clean. I guess I feel I hit the Jackpot when I go there because I keep going back. Location is good on Metropolitan Avenue. Parking is limited and traffic can be a bear at times.”
“Really positive experience getting my Macbook repaired at this place. My keyboard was damaged and I needed to replace the entire bottom part of the unibody. I went in on Tuesday, did diagnostics with the technician and they ordered the part. The next day they got the part and started the repair. The repair itself took longer than expected (4 hours instead of the estimated 2), but understandable considering they got really slammed and it was NYE. Overall, my laptop feels like brand new and the keyboard is working perfectly. Every one I talked to was really nice and respectful. Highly recommend!!”

“PSA announcement there is a new Target that just opened up in Brooklyn NY Kings Plaza mall where Sears use to be and if you know me personally let me tell you I love me a Target and I was there opening day which I believe was August 19th :) I was definitely all smiles, especially seeing that it was three floors of lusciousness. I couldn't help but pick up a few items especially in the food section. The price range is the same. I am a big foodie lol. So if you haven't been to Kings Plaza in awhile, check them out and go into Target. You'll love it just like I do. Happy shopping :)”
