“I love the professionalism the ladies at the front desk have. I love that it wasn't a long wait. & they are very attentive. The Doctor was knowledgeable & helpful. She explained my issue where I could understand. I've been here several times. & never had a bad experience. I definitely would refer others here. But I don't want it to get crowded & have crazy wait times. My son in law came from out of town & also was seen here. His experience was pleasant as well.”
“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”
“This place is better than my regular physicians office! Clean, professional and prompt service. I’ve gone several times already and have always been impressed. They follow up with you too. I had a uti and they called me after they checked the bacteria to change the antibiotics to one that would do a better job killing the bacteria. Don’t hesitate and it’s not usually that busy. I’ve always been seen within 20 minutes.”

“The first time that I went to an urgent care I remember in Fordham Road never wanted to know of urgent care again it was so bad until I cut my hand washing dishes and went to the one in Webster the staff the doctors so so kind and understanding they speak your language they speak to make you understand what they talking about I will recommend anybody to go there they will be treated the right way, my love to them God bless them all?❤️ ”
“I came here due to the fact that the reviews were off the charts and I’ve to really be honest, it’s definitely a 5 star rating in my book. The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. There’s no doubt that I’d come again if I had to but I’d also recommend this urgent care center to anyone that needs assistance and especially when it comes to our healthcare. ☺️”

“I brought in my 8 and 5 year old for blood work this morning. Everything was efficient and the wait time was short. Front desk was helpful in obtaining scripts and the phlebotomist was amazing! My older daughter had had trouble in the past with bloodwork because sometimes it’s hard for them to find the vein. However, she did a fantastic job in finding it and quickly did both procedures with no pain and luckily no tears! Thank you so much ! I’d recommend to anyone for a quick, pain free process.”

“I cannot fully describe what a positive experience I had at Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine but I am certainly going to give it my best shot just like they did for me. From the reception area, to the people who lead you into the area where you need to change for your procedure, to the nurses, to the treatment area, everyone was friendly and more importantly highly competent. This is unfortunately not how it is in most other places but it should be, especially when it comes to healthcare. I was there for a cat scan of my lungs as my doctor wanted to eliminate a blood clot as a possible cause of my symptoms. I confess I was very anxious which made the fact that I felt I was in very good hands throughout the process incredibly important to me. The fact that this was taking place during a heatwave in NYC made it all the tougher. I spent time before arriving trying not to be nervous about the contrast that they would have to administer to me for the test. The nurse who did my IV for the contrast was especially nice and excellent at her job. I wish I knew her name so I could include it here but alas I have forgotten it. What I did not forget is her pleasant demeanor helped me remain calm even as she had to struggle around the scar tissue in my veins. It ain't easy to like someone who has to give you two IV's but the problem was not her skill but my veins. I am well aware of my problem. The technicians in the cat scan area were equally good, and I was so impressed with how smoothy everything went. I was in and out with everything I described above in an hour. Bravo Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine. You are a striking example of how and what healthcare should be everywhere.”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! “The two ladies at the Center were courteous, professional and very accommodating. I am a hard stick and I told this to Marsha who manipulated my arm just for a minute and then it was over. I couldn’t believe how easy she found a vein and a good one at that. I had a similar experience with the other lady, whose name I cannot remember now but she too was amazing in finding a vein and making my experience less anxious. I know she’s Caribbean. Thank you for these two awesome and experienced women.”

“Today was my first time at the Howard beach location. Checked in with my phone I called in pretty quickly. I had the pleasure to meet Alexis who drew my blood. I have to say she is amazing. I didn’t feel the needle, my vein did not want to cooperate but she was very patient and managed to get the blood that was needed. I expressed how amazing she was because out all of my years I’ve never had such an amazing experience. I am hard to stick I’m always getting sticked at least twice and it’s painful. But once again Alexis you were amazing ? thank you.”

“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”
