The young man who works there is great he is away on vacation, the young lady that is covering for him is lazy and clueless.

Worst metroPCS store I've ever been to.I never had a problem with my wifi until I started going to this store.they'll ruin your service to try to make you buy another phone.everyone at the store I used to go to in Brooklyn was helpful but if you go to this store you'll be upset when you walk out.
