But Robyn in management was very helpful in making sure everything was working properly before arrival and was nicely proactive in making sure all was well with the place post moving in, and i will say that made the place look very nice. I highly recommended this community to anybody looking for a new place to live!”

Accommodations are top-notch, with modern amenities and swift maintenance. The community thrives with fun events year-round, fostering a very digestible and welcoming atmosphere. I did not select any specific roommates, and had some trouble with others in my initial suite. The staff ensured that I was as comfortable as possible, and I was able to quickly and easily transfer apartments, where I now reside much happier. This goes to show how paramount resident comfort is here. Their attention to detail and upkeep of the buildings is amazing. The cost of living is also phenomenal, showing a much more affordable living situation than most campus housing. For a truly exceptional living experience, UV Apartments exceeds my expectations on all fronts. I highly recommend this space to any students of SU and ESF.”
“Victory is the best leasing office on campus. They respond fast, have fair pricing, great, fast, and free maintenance. Everyone in the office is so friendly. The apartments have a ton of space and all of the appliances are new and actually work, which is rare for Syracuse housing. They have a lot of locations available all throughout campus :)”

Coty the property manager is super responsive and hosts fun family activities like egg hunt and food trucks, maintenance is great, and we love all the green space on property and Stafford Park is right across the street.”
“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”

“I recently helped 2 clients of mine move into Brighton Towers. The Security was tight and the staff was more than helpful and very kind. The building even offers a Service Coordinator who was able to answer all of the clients questions and help them with the complicated application. 100% recommend!!”
