The property manager Robyn really knows what she’s doing and is very kind and willing to work with you, which is a nice change from previous places. Community seems quiet, peaceful, clean and full of nature. The buildings themselves are old and have character that can’t be found in new construction, and the personal garages are a very nice feature. So far, so good!”

“Park Point has been a perfect choice for both of our kids. Basically right on campus. Safety and security was at the top of our list of musts and we felt PP to be extremely safe. Great amenities including front desk help, 24 hour gym, outdoor BBQ space, study center, fully furnished, washer/dryer in each apartment. Two and four bedroom options. Individual leases. Able to sublet. Very close paid parking garage through SU. Jake the leasing manager and Ashley H. the general manager have been great and helpful every single time we needed help with something. GREAT choice for off campus housing.”
“My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!”
