“Amber , Kim , Keith and their crew are very professional and honest so far . I move here in Upstate 4 years ago form Long Island and since then I have been taking my cars back to LI. Not anymore , so far its been great experience with these guys. Quick and cost effective . They are always respectful, have given me ride home and pick me up when my car is ready. You can bring your own parts ( but there will not be any guarantees from them if you use your own part) . I have been there with my faimly and they are very friendly and nice withkids . Overall very good experience so far. Keep it up guys !!”

“HONEST and reasonable. I have been a repeat customer for almost 5 years now. I recently had to visit the local Chevy dealership and the dealership told me I had a list of problems. I did not get the service at the dealership but instead made an appointment with Jamesville Care Care. The mechanic looked at my car and told me that I did NOT need all of the services the dealership tried to sell me! I really appreciate his honesty. Every time I do need service the bill is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!”

“We love this place. Really nice, honest guys who do a good job and don’t overcharge, and as a woman I always feel comfortable here alone, which hasn’t been the case at every car place. One time my husband brought his car after the dealership removed a mouse nest from the ventilation system because there was still an odor. They put a scope through it and said it was clear, so the odor was just residual (and since then it did gradually go away). They didn’t charge us anything for it. They also put on a hitch for literally less than half the price that the dealership was going to charge for the same hitch.”
