“This Branch is GREAT!! The service is very fast and they have a good amount of staff there. I tried the branch in Carmel first and the line was to the Milky WAY because they only have one drive up window. I spent and extra 15 minutes to drive to the other branch and came back past Carmel and it only moved 4 or 5 cars! The hours kind of suck now, but they suck every where. They were very accommodating of my business deposits and let me pull to the front and took me right away!”

“Citibank has been my bank for 30 plus years. It offers a multitude of services including a mobile app. However, there are no citibanks in many areas outside of NYC. This does make it difficult to access services in person. I still like them for online services, cash access at 7-11s and certain banks and supermarkets at no additional cost.”

“This is a good location, right on Main Street and easy to get to. There have been two tellers at the counters the few times I've been, so the wait is never bad. The tellers weren't particularly friendly but they were polite and efficient. There is also a drive through ATM. Unfortunately, that is the only ATM and there have been slight car congestion because of that.”
“Putnam County National Bank is large enough for all my needs while still feeling like a small country bank. I feel it has the best in personalized service that any bank can have.”

“Lisa C. at KeyBank Mahopac is amazing! She’s helped me open a debit account to pay a mortgage, and guided me through financing options on a car. I also intend on using KeyBank for a business account because I trust her and value her input. She lays out your options and gets everything done extremely promptly and thoroughly. There isn’t a kinder, or more pleasant person out there. Always a walk in the park getting these things setup with her! She’s a gem!”

“Be prepared no matter what come of day you come there will be a line and you will have to wait. Having said, if you can make an appointment - do so. In an age where competency is rare - very few can be trusted to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. This is where Kim (for chase private client ) comes in. In less than 5 minutes she caught a very severe error that could have had potentially major legal consequences if left unnoticed. Not only was she quick to find the problem, she was able to offer a solution immediately. Going forward I will only deal with Kim, I suggest you do the same. I hope she gets a ginormous raise tomorrow as she deserves all of it and then some. JP Morgan Chase, Kim is an asset, recognize!”
“I AM RATING THE STAFF - NOT THE BRAND BANK.The staff at this location (for the most part) is very friendly. They try their best to be helpful as well. I will admit, Wells Fargo Bank is not a great bank to be working with as an individual. They are very much fee hungry and its not great. Once again, the staff at this location was very kind to me (except what seemed to be the manager, haha), but over all this was a good location. Not sure if I will be a customer of Wells Fargo much longer though due to their other issues.Overall Rating: 8/10”
