“We stayed at Rest Co a month ago and had the time of our lives! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds were teeming with nature, and we even spotted some running deer. The sunset was one of the best I've ever seen. And to top it off, the bar and restaurant exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!”

“We enjoyed a fabulous family weekend gathering at Antrim Streamside . The location is serene and the accommodations are superb. Diane and her staff anticipate your every need and are there to assist with recommendations while providing privacy and total enjoyment. The cabins are beautifully renovated and immaculate, with screened sleeping/breakfast porches. The linens are wonderful and the decor is spot on. The bathroom has deluxe towels and amenities. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We can’t wait to return again with friends and family. I would highly recommend this boutique locale for a family get together, conference, wedding or celebrations. First class all the way.”

“Had a delightful stay and delicious dinner with friends at the Inn. The rooms were comfortable and peaceful and they were able to accommodate us with our dog! We got to meet the new owners and they were warm and friendly.The food and drink at the restaurant was so delicious and the service was attentive and friendly!Absolutely will be there again recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.”

““Mountain Minimalism” that is super charming and was the perfect gateway a little over two hours from NYC! Spacious, designed rooms with balconies that overlook the golf course and sunsets at The Inn. Great walking/hiking trails to Lake Florence and stop by the boathouse. The guest lounge in the barn plus two different fire pits are good hang out spots any time of day. If there’s a fly fisherman enthusiast with you, then this is a perfect place for everyone to find their spot in nature. Great in winter even with the restaurant’s limited hours since Roscoe is a short drive away… and then I’m sure this place will shine even brighter in the summertime. Note - they are new having just opened in April 2023, so bring your water bottles, snacks, toiletries and hair dryer if staying in a room at The Inn. My fingers are crossed for a spa/pool in the future ??A big thank you to my travel agent, Bethany Rinehart @rineharttravels IG, for finding this gem!!”

“If you like a quirky place to stay, with lots of charm, this is for you! We do not like chains, and we also do not like the hipster vibe. Unfortunately, it's supposed to be undergoing a renovation and will probably change, but for now it's our kind of place to stay. The family that owns and runs it is lovely. The son helped us with multiple eating and hang out suggestions, and the mother was such a delightful host at breakfast. It was unforgettable for us, as we explored Bethel Woods.”

“One of the most exquisite locations in the Catskills. When my husband and I dine and stay here we feel so well taken care of. The staff is so kind and inviting, it’s an huge asset while dining and staying. The food by Chef Oscar Vargas is luxurious and prepared to perfection, and you can tell there is experienced technique behind each dish. We took my grandpa here for his 90th birthday brunch and between the views and the food, he said it was his favorite day. Be back soon!”
