“This was my first time hiring a moving company, but I have to say that Steinway did a fantastic job! My move was coordinated by Joe Hamill, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. I recommend giving him a call if you require moving services. On the day of the move, I was very impressed by the care that the movers took to protect my furniture and belongings and was blown away by how quickly they were able to get everything moved out and packed up. Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!”

“My move in was on a Saturday with 2 PODS. It was not easy to work with PODS at this location and I will share why at the end. PODS drop off and the key was left at home. James Bambrick was able to assist in opening on container and they were patient (the team at extra storage) with allow POD to pick up the container as POD was not good in communication pick and drop off until the day off. For the pick up of the empty contain, the team was able to assist in making sure the containers were removed from the facility. Overall as a new customer, I like my experience so far. If they changes, the review will as well.”

I am a new customer and Joe has made this a lovely experience thus far. He has assisted me on multiple occasions. Before I moved in, he demonstrated to me how the units, locks, and facility work. He helped me change units when I needed to and has made the process of moving so much easier for me. He also gave me his card and told me to contact him whenever I have an issue and need help in the future, which is much appreciated.He truly goes above and beyond and treats customers with such great kindness.
