My girlfriend’s tires were causing concern, and I found Barnwell from the many positive reviews across the internet. When calling the shop, Brian informed me that I could come in without an appointment, but I would be waiting up to an hour due to the busy schedule. After hanging up and considering other options, Brian called me back and said that I should come in just to be sure of any possible issues, and that they would take care of any and all concerns. The entire at-shop experience was great. During the repairs, my girlfriend and I sat in the waiting room and had coffee, free of charge. While the whole team was exceptionally professional, Ray truly exemplified customer service when he drove to another location to pick up the correct tires (after discovering the wrong ones were ordered from my phone consultation). “I’ve been to Mike’s Hubcaps, Inc recently, and this is exactly the kind of old-school, hands-on service that’s getting harder to find these days. I came in with a set of rims I had purchased online because my old chrome rims were leaking. Mike handled the installation quickly and efficiently.
