“I was going out of town and my battery died the day before. It was Memorial Day weekend - AAA had no batteries, all the garages and auto shops were closed. I called Mavis an hour before they closed for the weekend and asked if they could help. The manager confirmed they had the battery in stock and said they could install it before they closed. When I got there 20 minutes later, they had my SUV in the bay in the garage and the battery was installed and tested within 45 minutes. They even took the time after installing the battery to look at a minor issue I was having (Unrelated to the battery). They were so helpful and quick and accommodating.
