“I love these apartments. I don't need to go to a separate place to enjoy sunrise or sunset. View is so beautiful. There are benches around the lake where you can sit and relax. During summers, chairs are out at patio near leasing office too where you can enjoy your eve with your loved ones. They have spacious community center for organizing parties and have a gym too. If you get lucky, you do see deers everyday. Apartment and locality is clean and safe. UB north campus is nearby. For UB students, nearest stop for shuttle to campus is 10 mins walking distance. Maintenance staff is supportive and friendly. Ashley, the property manager is approachable, friendly and helpful. She puts in every effort to make these apartment beautiful, safe and clean. She is just awesome! I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for beautiful, clean, safe, quiet place with beautiful landscape.”

“so blessed to get to live in such an amazing community!! the management really cares about its residents and they have so many fun events with so many giveaways and prizes and games!! the apartments themselves are worth the price and maintenance is always a call away and quick (although i try my best to not require them; other than laundry i never really needed to), the only thing is that there is a fee for lockouts and the doors lock automatically but honestly this is not an issue as long as i am conscious before leaving the apartment to always check that i have my keys, which is also a great way for me to never leave my apartment with a hurried or cluttered mind :)”

“I have lived in the Heron Pointe Luxury Apartments for about four years. I have been an extremely happy tenant throughout my time here. I have no plans on leaving this apartment complex. It serves all my needs. I enjoy the fact that Heron Pointe has a wide variety of tenant ages. I was an elementary school teacher for over thirty years and still love to be around and interact with children. My apartment is very near the playground so that I can hear the beautiful sounds of the young children playing there. There are families with children near my home, retired couples, young singles, older singles and every other type of family organization there is. It’s a wonderful mix of multi - generational housing. It’s the perfect setting for me!!!
The management and maintenance staff at Heron Pointe are superb. The management is always available to chat or visit, solve a problem, schedule a maintenance issue visit, hand out a doggie treat to a visiting dog, like my Topper and plan, schedule and run special events or parties for the tenants. These allow us to get together as a community and get to know our neighbors better. I have found that these events are well planned, well run and lots of fun!!!
The maintenance department is extremely trustworthy, efficient, friendly and professional. I feel that I could definitely trust them in my home without my being there.
I totally love all the amenities that we have here at Heron Pointe. The pool is so amazing. It’s always clean and watched by a certified lifeguard. That makes me feel safe for myself and all the children too. I have used the grill at the pool numerous times, as have my neighbors. It’s a great thing to have a big grill to share at the pool. We are also fortunate to have the dog parks. I make use of them quite often. My dog Topper loves the opportunity to be off leash. I have rented the community room for my Ladies In Faith Together Church Christmas Party two years in a row. The ladies in my group have been so pleased with our facilities. I have already reserved for next Christmas! I personally don’t use the basketball court, but I believe it’s a great asset to out apartment complex”

“I moved into boulevard towers shortly after a divorce. After going through the extensive process and finally moving in, I must say this is an awesome place to live. From management to maintenance. The maintenance crew is the best. Even when I’ve went to management about noisy neighbors, they nipped it in the bud. The convenience of having laundry on every floor and garbage shoots as well. I love my apartment and plan to stay for a while. The convenience of having shopping areas all around is a plus.”

“Living in Sweethome is great and the workers are amazing. No matter what time is it, the workers are really helpful. Especially a worker named Kunsang, she’s an energetic person and really nice. There was a time my house electric went off and she let us go into her house and heated up the food. I really appreciate for her help!”

Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. “I think this is a really convinent place to live especially if you have children. The amenities are a plus. I find the office staff very easy to deal with and informative. Leasing offices deal with a lot of crazy people and I feel like this office does a really fine job individually. My apartment complex is clean. There’s a cleaner who cleans the hallways every week. I find Idylwood to be prompt with requests as well. Minor complaints so far in comparison to a lot of other apartment buildings/ landlords. As for neighbors you can’t blame the apartment buildings for dirty people. But even still it hasn’t been too much of an issue thus far which was one of my biggest concerns moving into a complex.”
