“I swear I hate going to the mechanic...all except Joe and Eri up there at JSL. To know what type of guy Joe is, he's been one my best friends families mechanic of choice for the last 5-6 years now, so when i moved back home to Buffalo in 2019 and my car immediately dies on me I'll called my pal and thus, that was how I got shown the light lol...But it was a blessing in disguise I swear. JSL is just so amazing, I dunno Joe and Eri treat everyone like they are legit trying to help you out and are just never out there trying to gouge your pockets. The last few years Joe had worked on all that family's automobiles, i swear so he has met them all multiple times I'm sure but yet he's always has time for everyone of them no matter what... so much so that when my friends father passed last year, a man who meant a lot to so so so many people in this world, as I walk into the wake I look over amongst a crowd of strangers to and there I see my favorite German Shepard and sure enough at the other end of the leash the best damn mechanic I've ever met, for real!, Just there showing their respects... It just stuck me, its not like they've known him for 10-20 years or something, but still, that's Joe! So yeah, integrity, honestly and character not to mention its the only shop that doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience, JSL is the best in town, hands down! If you're looking for your last "NEW" mechanic shop, go to JSL FIRST!!!”

“This guy knows what he's doing. I have a 2003 clk 500 Mercedes benz. I didn't have much hope for it. I took it to at least four automotive shops asking why my whole car's electrical system is fluctuating. The dash, head lights, radio going on and off, A/C blowing unevenly. One guy said it an exotic, might wanna take it some where else. Others, we'll have to run a few diagnostics, and check the wiring. It's gonna cost you just for that. I was getting fed up. One day saw this foreign repair sign ( Grand Prix Garage), I explained all the issue to him just like I would in any other shop. He brought some voltage checking device, hooked it up. It's your alternator. That's it, that's all it was. He charged me $600, got the car back in two days.”

“It was my first experience working with DJ but my family has been going here for a long time. I brought my Kia Soul and I'm certain it singlehandedly boosted payroll hours and will be an outlier for Year Over Year profits a year from now.
Y'all I can assure you that the folks working here are incredibly bright, with a passion for knowledge of how vehicles work (or don't work). My car, which I described as a hot dumpster fire in July, left that shop with such a glow up that I'm still getting used to having power steering.
Under $500 for brakes is an INSANELY GOOD deal. 10 years ago my old Honda needed even less done on the brakes and it floated around the same price.
I enjoy driving my car again and didn't feel judged at all for the state of it.
Also the mechanic is really cool. Tattooed human with the snake bites if you see this, wanna be friends?”
