Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”
“I had an incredibly detailed and irregularly sized portfolio that was 70 pages in length. This store was incredibly patient while I figured out how to format my design. All in all, I received my entire portfolio, finished, double-sided, and hole-punched, in less than 12 hours. In addition, my portfolio had lots of black and vibrant colors, which showed up fantastically on the print. FedEx, you have a customer for life. P.S. Thank you, Dan.”
“By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run.”
