Only one time they were speaking Spanish right in front of us (happily I do understand enough to know it wasn't about us, but it still left a bad taste that they were so inconsiderate about the customers around them) second minus (not the stores fault) a lot of rude customers, can't excuse them selves just pushing their way thru. Test walked shoes just a few meters from where I was trying them out just to get my water bottle thrown rudely on the floor. That might be a good investment, a bit more seating space within the store...”

“Frank and Judy Anne needed help on the Erie canal. We were at Wide Water Marina Play Arturo Hot Su 6 horsepower outboard refuse to operate. Calls over town were no use and no help. Dale came out in the evening diagnose the problem with the outboard took the yard board with them repaired as the next day and returned it the next night. Amazing service yes!”

With the change in laws on semi autos a lot of other shops didn’t want to deal with the legal headache and no longer support or sell items that tactically minded customers want like ar-15’s and other modern semi automatic firearms. Also has a really good selection of budget and premium tactical/home defense shotguns for those without a semi auto rifle license.
Owner has a lot of energy and passion for firearms, safety and legality which is good and different from other stores.”
