“From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.

“I was fortunate enough to be referred to Premium Auto Sales through a friend and I cant praise this business enough. Donnie and Paul are top of the line, they are honest, dependable, and work hard to find solutions, and all while keeping the customer the focus in mind as their dedication to helping people is unmatched. I had two separate issues with my car in under a month. Donnie and Paul each time, went out of their way to assist immediately, answered any questions I had, were extremely generous in their pricing, excellent in communicating status and both times I had my car at Premium I had it back in less than 3 days! I cant express how greatful I am to Donnie and Paul for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I dropped my car off Sunday night and picked up my car yesterday. I couldn't believe it was the same car!
Mind you before bringing my car in, there were a multitude of issues. One of the valves were cracked, I needed new tires, new windshield wipers, the left rear break calipers had to be replaced , the car needed alignment, an oil change, and inspection!

“I stopped in because the tire pressure light was on in my rental car. I did not have an appointment but they welcomed me and checked the tires. They filled each tire and that fixed the problem. I offered to pay but they refused. I thanked them and was on my way. Very professional and honest people.”
