“My car died on me and my insurance company tried to charge me over $300 for a tow I had no electricity in the car so I could not do anything I was stranded when I got in contact with them it was a complete shock how low they estimated it would be and i signed up for the yearly service the guy was super nice and very helpful they got there before the estimated time as well. The driver was careful with my vehicle which was most appreciated.”

Donnie and Paul are top of the line, they are honest, dependable, and work hard to find solutions, and all while keeping the customer the focus in mind as their dedication to helping people is unmatched. I had two separate issues with my car in under a month. Donnie and Paul each time, went out of their way to assist immediately, answered any questions I had, were extremely generous in their pricing, excellent in communicating status and both times I had my car at Premium I had it back in less than 3 days! I cant express how greatful I am to Donnie and Paul for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I dropped my car off Sunday night and picked up my car yesterday. I couldn't believe it was the same car!
Mind you before bringing my car in, there were a multitude of issues. One of the valves were cracked, I needed new tires, new windshield wipers, the left rear break calipers had to be replaced , the car needed alignment, an oil change, and inspection!

“I’ve been visiting this service facility since 1999, Niagara St or West Tupper before closing.
All staff, Tony back in the day, Bella currently, and of course Mary Lou who holds it together on the daily— they all have been kind to be clear and direct for timely service needed and to consult a customer even if beyond any initial needs.
Service handled with care and precision, clear invoicing, fair pricing compared to local competitors. This said; if you are a local to this shop, easily the best around.
Also rentals! They have Hertz on hand if service overcomes a weekend, or in a pinch whatever it could be.

You can tell why they’re so busy—the garage is super clean, the equipment is impressive, and the guy in charge clearly takes a lot of pride in doing quality work.
The only downside was the person running things was pretty arrogant and seemed to be in a bad mood, so the customer service side could definitely use a little work.”
