“I was in Canada , when error codes popped up on my dash. I called this Ryder dealer and they told me we'll take a look at it as soon as you get here. Within 5-10 minutes of my arrival , they had their laptop plugged in diagnosing the problems. They ended up having to give me a substitute unit. I noticed a couple problems someone probably didn't report when whomevet used it and returned it . When I brought it to the Service Managers attention , he had a mechanic jump right on the issues. That's what I call Customer Service ..!!”

“The super professional gentleman who owns the location (Mo possibly?) was absolutely fantastic! Was able to get me checked in and off within a reasonable time. I will state that this location is in the city so if I had anything larger than the 10' truck I had it made have been difficult to get it into the available lot. Although it wasn't his responsibility the owner was super helpful about getting the care trailer connected to my truck; Thank you so much! His store was well stocked & very clean and I wish I hadn't of eaten earlier so I could've tried some of their fresh food. Thank you again.”
“The team at the Bailey Budget were amazing with our rental. The rental process was easy and when we had a small engine issue on our trip to Canada, the team really went above and beyond. Steve and team organized a tow to cross back into the US and had 4 of their staff meet us on a Sunday at the building to personally help load our stuff from the old truck to the new one. That type of quick pivoting and help was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the team there without a doubt.”
“Jeff’s attic staff members made me feel comfortable and assured with rental and operation. The truck was relatively new and appeared well maintained. One small issue noticed during unload was that water had leaked into truck and got some of my furniture wet. There was a thick coating of ice on top of the truck and it must have leaked in when it melted. I advised them at drop off to have them check the issue. Drop off was extremely easy and a convenient location.”

“What a wonderful staff working today!
We had a small engine light we wanted to check on. Dropped our trailer and car, for safety had our car checked out (it was low on oil). Return quickly and we as informed we had previously had our trailer and car hooked up wrong. The young gentleman today showed was the only Uhaul employee from Omaha to St. Louis to Buffalo that helped us hook up the car with the chains and actually checked our lights. The other two uhaul helped us tie down the tires and that was it. No one had checked the lights. We had don’t that on our own until we met these young men, and no one had told us how to use and hook up the chains properly until the young gentleman here that helped us. We could have been an accident waiting to happen, thankfully we are back on the road hooked up properly. Thank You very much guys! We appreciate you! Certainly hope

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”
“Nothing because, your worker intimidate the customers who got two services the same time, trailer 6/12 and truck 20, paid, but the worker manipulated by using a person as a manager to say she will report to the police that I stole the truck. I will never rent anything to UHAUL again. Thank you for your pression.”
