“I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received as a customer at your CUBESMART Location in the North Baylon location over the past few years.
Jeff, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need and is actively involved in managing the grounds.
I also want to commend the recent improvements to the facility. The repaved parking lot and the installation of new doors last year have significantly enhanced the experience. The doors open smoothly, and I've never had any issues with water or pests. As someone with a drive-up unit, I especially appreciate the well-lit parking lots and the security cameras on the buildings, which make me feel safe accessing my unit, even at night.
Although I haven't yet used the new automated entry system, it appears to be a valuable addition, and I appreciate Jeff's help in setting up my portal access.”

“Let me just start by saying how wonderful my experience was! I was here last year and wasn’t happy. But this new employee Angela was amazing! She was very informative and very helpful. Her kindness and honesty was very helpful. She took her time with my million questions I had. But she was patient as I am very annoying and I apologized to her for that! I would 1000% recommend this storage especially with Angela’s help and kindness. I will definitely be a member for life as long Angela works there!”
