“Outdoor service department does all our high end chainsaw repairs. Jimmy is unbelievable and will fix a minor problem while you wait. He is a foundational member of the team in the outdoor service department. I've never been so impressed with customer service, enthusiasm, honesty and product knowledge especially like big saws such as the Husqvarna 395xp. Same attention to detail with consumer saws, making this out 'go to' chainsaw and small engine repair shop.”

If I need a piece of equipment short notice, they some how make it happen. Customer care is a big priority with them. Definitely first choice by far for machine rentals.”
