“I am not handy or knowledgeable about home repair but occasionally have to fix something myself. When I used to go the big box stores, it was often hard to find a staffer who would correctly answer my questions so I was sometimes sent home with the wrong product. At Williams, it's easy to find a staff person, they focus on and understand my questions and take time to explain well, and I always leave with the right item for the job and feeling much more confident about it. The store also has lots of cool useful things I hadn't come in looking for but am glad I found in addition to finding the thing I need. It's a well-stocked, well-organized store with super-knowledgeable helpful staff.”

“Outdoor service department does all our high end chainsaw repairs. Jimmy is unbelievable and will fix a minor problem while you wait. He is a foundational member of the team in the outdoor service department. I've never been so impressed with customer service, enthusiasm, honesty and product knowledge especially like big saws such as the Husqvarna 395xp. Same attention to detail with consumer saws, making this out 'go to' chainsaw and small engine repair shop.”
“I've been renting from Partner Rentals since 2019 and they are the best around. They have the best prices around and we'll maintained equipment. If I need a piece of equipment short notice, they some how make it happen. Customer care is a big priority with them. Definitely first choice by far for machine rentals.”

“I bought this butcher block counter top a while back. The store employees told me they couldn't/wouldn't cut it. Well, I cut it using a Spyder Tarantula, that I also bought at Lowe's, and it cut like butter. I just have to put a little stain on the piece behind the stove, but it still turned out nice. Don't discourage people.
Beautiful countertop, it was $299 at the time. The lighter colors were cheaper, but also look cheaper. I'm very pleased with my choice.”
