“I went into jiffy lube to get my car inspected, a little bit of a wait due to them being understaffed but all of the employees who I interacted with were kind. Kyle did my inspection and made sure my windshield wipers were replaced before I could get it inspected (that made me a little frustrated because I already had them bought just not with me). Kyle also went above with also replacing my registration sticker since I had it in me and didn’t have a long scrapper.”
“My experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center was outstanding, thanks to Destiny and both Joshes. Initially, I went to Hyundai for an oil change, but they quoted me $150, so I left and headed to Walmart around 8:30 AM. Josh had my car on the lift promptly, and by 10:00 AM, I was done. The technician who performed the oil change noticed my oil odometer was incorrectly set at 8,000 miles instead of 4,000, and he corrected it. I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Destiny went above and beyond, and both Joshes were diligent and hardworking. Walmart is lucky to have such an amazing team, and I regret not coming here first.
