“I went in today looking for a specific type/brand of shoe. They only had 2 in stock and lost in the back. They went back there and searched high and low for them. Unfortunately they weren't the color I wanted but after all that the employee helped me order the ones I wanted and had them shipped to my house. He was very kind and friendly and extremely patient! Would definitely go back”

“Went in for bearings, met Chris the owner and a nice kid from the area he was teaching skateboarding too in the shop on their mini ramps. Chris removed my old bearing for me and pressed the new ones in with his hearing press for no charge and the bearing were very affordable. Thannk you for the excellent service and the enrichment that you provide for the community. Longboarding will prevail! Thank you!!”

Dating back to my Son's early BMX days (70's - 2020's) and more recently part of the Bike Brothers mountain biking team.I depend on them for parts and service for my Road Bike. In the pandemic era ~ the only new bike I could locate was online.. when it came time to swap my pedals to put them on my new bike, I couldn't break them loose. Drove over to Bike Brothers Kingston Shop and Dave came outside... no need to take bike off the rack ~ he just twisted with the right tool (and more strength than I have).... didn't charge anything...Shopping at the Bike Brothers Shop is more like visiting family who just happens to have bikes and parts in their living room. They are happy to help find what you need and if they don't have it -- they have no problems doing a special offer.Always friendly with personal attention.
