Chris removed my old bearing for me and pressed the new ones in with his hearing press for no charge and the bearing were very affordable. Drove over to Bike Brothers Kingston Shop and Dave came outside... no need to take bike off the rack ~ he just twisted with the right tool (and more strength than I have).... didn't charge anything...Shopping at the Bike Brothers Shop is more like visiting family who just happens to have bikes and parts in their living room. Unfortunately they weren't the color I wanted but after all that the employee helped me order the ones I wanted and had them shipped to my house. He was very kind and friendly and extremely patient!
