“We love this place. Really nice, honest guys who do a good job and don’t overcharge, and as a woman I always feel comfortable here alone, which hasn’t been the case at every car place. One time my husband brought his car after the dealership removed a mouse nest from the ventilation system because there was still an odor. They put a scope through it and said it was clear, so the odor was just residual (and since then it did gradually go away). They didn’t charge us anything for it. They also put on a hitch for literally less than half the price that the dealership was going to charge for the same hitch.”

“I work here! Since March 2020 I can tell you from day 1 Kwikfill United Refining Co has been a pleasure to associate with. Great people inside and out. I love my coworkers and everyone we service, I wish to make each person’s day a bit better however I can (that’s my job)! We offer full service gas pumping and sometimes window cleaning, fetching your items, checking tire pressure, etc. Honestly, what has kept me here for over a year is the customers “our house visitors”! Also, Kwikfill treats me as their employee decently offering these great benefits plus tips from pumping gas.. pto 1:30 hours, 10 percent off gas, super nice environment, flexibility, much more to say about this great place. “The store is good just like pretty much every Byrne Dairy. Always clean and mostly well stocked.I'm mostly writing this review to say give Martin a raise. Dude is always there when I go in (M-F mornings) and he's always in a good mood and usually doing 2 or more jobs at once. He regularly is working both registers to get lines moving, making sandwiches and pizzas at the same time, or outside collecting garbage. He is always doing something, always going out of his way to help customers, and always in a good mood.Give this guy a raise and keep him around.”

When I was cashing out he took the time to have a splendid conversation with my coworker and I. To be frank it made my morning. “Staff has always been friendly. I am irritated that the incorrect hours are posted. I specifically drove a certain route to go to this store because it is posted as being open 24 hours and it is not so I had to backtrack.The SavOn in Chittenango is NOT a 24hr store.”
