“Called Botnick to see if they had an oil change deal. They had a deal for $89.99. Tte guy I spoke with looked me up and asked if it was my 1st service because I have a new truck. I told him it was my 2nd service.
I go to pick up my truck and my bill is $240. Told me the special doesnt include diesel oil. That should have been mentioned when I setup the appointment. In my opinion this is bad business.
Ive changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The manager reached out and gave me a refund for the difference. I really appreciate him doing that. This is what business relationships are about.”

“Although I own a small Kubota tractor, I do not have the tools to remove the tire and wheel. I called and spoke to Talmadge tire telling them of my flat tire. They informed me of the possible price and told me someone would come by. Within a short period of time a nice young man Zachary came and helped me with my issue. The equipment he came with inflated the tire with no issue, then he asked some questions and resolved all my concerns. When he left my tires were inflated and I was back in operation. The company and this young man did a phenomenal job for me, I highly recommend them.”
“This shop has EXCELLENT service and hospitality! My car broke down hundreds of miles from my destination and they were able to get back on the road in under 2.5 hours. Big shout out to the incredibly lovely lady at reception and the mechanics they were honest. Diagnostics take a hour but they only billed me for a half hour because they were able to identify the problem in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area”
