John let me come in and checked my car right away. He found a rock that was causing all the noise and was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. “This shop has EXCELLENT service and hospitality! My car broke down hundreds of miles from my destination and they were able to get back on the road in under 2.5 hours. Big shout out to the incredibly lovely lady at reception and the mechanics they were honest. Diagnostics take a hour but they only billed me for a half hour because they were able to identify the problem in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area”
