Great selection on different styles a lot of various sizes so they accommodate all body types. We drove from New York just to purchase shorts at this location they are little longer compared to the other stores around us.”

“One of the best Old Navy experiences I've had. Everything including the clearance section was in order. The employee was mopping and cleaning up the floors and fitting area. You could smell the cleaning supplies. The young girl employee even got me a size of pants I asked for and brought it to the fitting room. The manager was phenomenal! She greeted everyone upon entrance and was available but not annoying. You can tell she was on it. I didn't expect the store to look that good the day after Christmas. I'd definitely go back there simply bc I can find everything and the employees are kind and reliable.”

Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. I went in early on a Saturday morning and the sweetest store associate helped me with returns and exchanges. As a mom of 3 younger children, I don't get a lot of time alone, let alone time to go into a store to try clothes on and shop. I purchased around 25 articles of clothing online and some worked and some didn't. Joseph didn't make me feel bad about bringing in returns as some places do and he was super patient while I asked him a bunch of questions about the exchange process, which I had already started online to mail in, but then came in to the store.”

The employees were engaged in personal talk so it was a little awkward to wait for a pause in their conversation to see something in a display case. Even when I was checking out, the employees were still trying to talk. I’d go again, but with lower expectations.”
