Jennifer & Karine (assistant manager) were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable & charming. They provided me with sale pricing and details about the care of fabrics. Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. Eileen Fisher, at Woodbury Centre, is an inviting store with great pricing & a welcoming staff. I plan to return many more times in the future.”
“One of the best Old Navy experiences I've had. Everything including the clearance section was in order. The employee was mopping and cleaning up the floors and fitting area. You could smell the cleaning supplies. The young girl employee even got me a size of pants I asked for and brought it to the fitting room. The manager was phenomenal! She greeted everyone upon entrance and was available but not annoying. You can tell she was on it. I didn't expect the store to look that good the day after Christmas. I'd definitely go back there simply bc I can find everything and the employees are kind and reliable.”
“Always finding great deals at this location. Summer items are 70% off I found a pair of slides for $13.74. Lines were short and the store was clean. Great selection on different styles a lot of various sizes so they accommodate all body types. We drove from New York just to purchase shorts at this location they are little longer compared to the other stores around us.”
“I meant to give this store a review a week ago . I went on Nov 13th and the two women who were working that day were the absolute best (one was tall and one had glasses). They helped me find two pairs of great jeans and really knew their stuff. So sweet and kind , I love when people take pride in their jobs. Great quality jeans and great price, Will definitely be back for more before the holidays!”

“Huge Celine fan in general and first time at one of their outlet stores and wasn’t left disappointed. Definitely a hit or miss (as it’s usually the case with outlets) based on current inventory but the staff is super friendly and welcoming without being pushy or arrogant and I was able to find something nice.”

“The overall quality of clothes is decent but some items are better quality than others. They also need to work on having better designs. Most of men’s shirts and T-shirts are ugly and the ones I would wear, don’t have my size! Some items are also way overpriced. Some workers are friendly others are not!”

I believe the associate I had the pleasure of dealing was named Brandon(I might be wrong) however he was trying to convince to me to buy a barbie Hoodie for my daughter. He was not too push about but convincing. The manager acknowledged us before we headed out. Overall always a good visit for us.”
“The Brand: Hands down one of the most underrated clothing and outdoors companies out there.Woolrich is a legendary American outdoors brand that is climbing back up the ladder to its previous glory days with great designs, material, and partnerships with names such a Prima Loft, Gore-Tex, and Loro Piana among others. Some of their products are also Made in the USA and Italy. This is a luxury company that is not pretentious and for people who want thoughtfully made quality products that do not want to show off and flaunt.The Store: The store is well kept by Michelle and she is such an expert and enthusiastic about the products and each year's line up. She is the "go to" to person to ask any and all questions about inventory, design, and the direction of the company. She is a joy to work with and sold me two coats that I will enjoy for years to come.What I would like to see: This brand has so much potential and I feel that they are going through an identity crisis. They are trying to find their lane in the world of outdoor and luxury apparel. The quality is so much better than competitors like The North Face and more affordable than Canada Goose. They need to commit to to logo, decide what emblems / motifs they'll chose to represent the company, and team up with influencers, athletes, and outdoors companies to get their name out there. This is the next Moncler rising if they can get the the iconography up to where their designs and functionality meet.Michelle makes the store a great experience and does a great job representing the brand!”
“I received a pair of sport sweatpants as a gift, size 6 and I usually wear a 6 but they were too small. I went in to do an exchange at Woodbury commons in NY without a receipt. The exchange went smoothly and I also purchased the matching jacket.The associate was helpful and professional.Nice selection, I would have purchased more but had other priorities but I will return.”

“Well, the first thing which comes to mind - it's Huge. This shopping location was built for shopaholics who desire premium goods at bargain prices. In short, Woodbury Common has it all. Woodbury Common has established its reputation as one of the most popular, and largest, shopping outlets in the nation. it is located in Central Valley, NY, just an hour North of New York City. It is a popular day trip from New York, and as a result, many vehicles operate between New York City and the outlets. shopping location was opened in 1985 and has slowly grown over the years since. It now welcomes more than 13 million visitors a year, and it continues to grow as its current structure is renovated and new stores are added to the already extensive selection of shops. The giant contiguous outlet store now has 220 outlets and unlike neighboring outlets, it has high-end brands as well like Gucci, Lacoste, Dior, Versace, Prada, Valentino, Balenciaga, etc... The layout of the outlet shops is quite nice and cleverly done. The shops are grouped in Stepford neighborhood groupings such as Niagara, Saratoga, and Hudson Valley. so, plan your shopping properly as you can't cover the whole outlet in a single day for sure! Restaurants and eateries are prevalent in Woodbury Common, as well. If you're looking for something quick, you can check out Shake Shack, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or Au Bon Pain, among others. For a sit-down meal, it does have an Applebees! Also, there are many bistros, food trucks, and a large "Market Hall" with dozens of food stores. Parking: the first time I was seeing Valet parking in any outlet mall, we were there on the 3rd of July and the parking was almost full, of course, we were not going to Pay $10 that too in the outlet area, we searched on google and seems, the outlet has 4-floor parking garage behind Old Navy store, ample of parking.We parked at level 2 and started our shopping from old navy.”

“Be ready for A lot of walking. Very scenic if you arrive in the day time. Bring your babies in their strollers, ample bottles of water and probably a snack. There is food available but everything is pricey, so keep that in mind. Great mall for very nice high end pieces.”
“Went to this store on July 3rd, on my way back from NY to Montreal. Bought a polo and shoes. Unfortunately, seems like the polo was not put in the bag by the cashier. Mistakes happen. Just found out about it once home in Montreal. I called the store, the cashier took my information and store manager called me the next day. He did some verifications to make sure what might have happened, and took the initiative to send me by mail the missing polo. Can't be thankful enough for his time and support.”

“I stopped in today to grab a few baby items for my nephew and the options were never ending. Theeee cutest clothes! Linda was beyond helpful! She was so sweet pleasant and really helped make the process so simple! She engaged in conversation with me and it was so genuine and comforting. Esperanza was at the register and was so friendly and bubbly. They both had such beautiful personalities and made me want to stay in the store all day. I will definitely come back as my nephew gets older! I wish them both the best in their futures!”
“I did a lot of my shopping here during my college days and switched my allegiance to different brands. Lately, I have been shopping here as I have been finding pants that fit well as well as in unique colors that I haven't tried before.If you like rugby shirts, tees, joggers and sweat pants, A&F is a good stop. This location is in woodbury, and there are various other choices for stores and usually crowded.Note that the staff does their best to place the merchandise in sizes but the crowd undo the organized stack and create a mess.”
