“Finding the Perfect Chair: A Journey to Tri-State Office for Ergonomic ComfortAfter years of discomfort from an inadequate home office chair, I delved into the world of ergonomic seating. Despite extensive online research and joining relevant Reddit groups, I struggled to find a local showroom in Buffalo, NY, that featured top chairs from renowned brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. My search led me to Tri-State Office, a nearby store that offered a variety of used ergonomic chairs for the home office.Upon visiting Tri-State, I met Joe, the Senior VP and a highly helpful and friendly sales representative. The store had several models in stock, including Aeron, Mirra 2, Zody, and Leap chairs, and had other models in the pipeline. After multiple trials, I initially chose a Haworth Zody chair, but later switched to a Steelcase Leap chair, slightly more expensive but in great condition. The Zody is great, but the Leap might be a better choice for me with my back pain. Joe accommodated my change of mind without issue, and I picked up my chair a few days after I was supposed to buy the Zody.I’m thrilled with my purchase, which came at a fraction of the cost of a new chair, with only minimal signs of previous use. Joe’s commitment to customer satisfaction and his assurance of support even after the sale convinced me to consider Tri-State for future purchases. I cannot recommend Joe and Tri-State Office enough, he’s great. If anyone is looking for quality, affordable ergonomic office chairs, in the Western NY region, seriously, check them out.”
“I purchased a New Queen Mattress and Box spring Thursday morning. The owner Tone was very accommodating and professional. Delivery was between 12-2 not a bad timeframe at all. It arrived at 113& Tone called to inform me my delivery was outside my bldg. His employees/ delivery team was very compassionate to my bad back and loaded my purchase on my elevator... “What a great find! We needed to replace a few cushions and Upholstery Unlimited came up on the Google radar. We took the Base Cushions in to be sized and replicated. We had the cushion covers dry cleaned then returned them to the shop to be zipped around the BRAND NEW CUSHIONS. Everything fit to a T! We were sitting on a (like new) loveseat in less time than it would take to buy a whole new couch!! We loved the team at Upholstery Unlimited. From the moment I walked in the door, they were very welcoming, attentive to detail, and exhibited superior craftsmanship with the finished product!!It was great to support our Local Business!! I had conversed with Mandi on Facebook prior asking if she had some specific pieces and then told her what it was for and she was super kind and willing to help throw her furnishing ideas on the table! The store is adorable and smells great and I have no doubt I'll find some beautiful, revived pieces and decor with fair prices. The customer service is already above and beyond! You can tell Mandi is passionate about her craft and upcycling is great for the environment!”

“How could I have not been more descriptive in my previous review? Let's be clear: this is the best hidden gem EVER. Now, I do like a lot of places, but if I were to pick the place with the best deals and coolest assortment of stuff, it would be this WB Mason WhattaBargain store. It's just AWESOME and barely anyone knows about it. Looking for any furniture? This place has the best office chairs, cabinets, storage bins, tables, filing cabinets, and so much more for so inexpensive prices! Looking for office supplies? I come here once per month and fill up a box with office supplies. Nothing has prices, and the best part is that nothing is ever certain. Every time I come here there is a completely different assortment of products. This is because a lot of the things they sell have been returned because they may be damaged or the incorrect item, or somewhere just didn't want them. Either way, everything is cheap, and Kevin, the guy who runs the warehouse is a great guy. Just this month he has added a complete (and huge) section of chef supplies and kitchen gadgets and tools. Prices are all still WAY lower than any retailer and this stuff is brand new. All teachers should be able to benefit from this place. My classroom is filled with extra supplies because of the astoundingly low prices and great products I get here. I would suggest this place more than any other place I've been to, it's just that good. And for the record, don't bother with other WB Mason Whatta Bargains, both the one in Boston and the one in Woburn don't have any office supplies and are more like a showroom. Still low prices, but more like retail, while this place is a complete discount store. Great service all the time and always great service from Kevin, he's the best! HIGHLY SUGGESTED. 5 stars for WB Mason. This place deserves 20 stars though....”
