“I recently reached out on social media about a previously custom bracelet (a few years ago) and was hoping to get another one. Diana, the owner, recognized me from my profile picture right when I walked in the store. That attention to detail is unheard of. Even based on that information alone I was beyond impressed. And of course my bracelet is beautiful! You can tell she put a lot of effort and thought into making it. I absolutely LOVE it. She even wrote down all the crystals that were in it. I feel so hopeful and a sense of peace after receiving this. I left the store with a big smile and definitely will be back. Also you cannot beat these prices! And I would have gladly paid more because this place is worth it! Seriously this is the place to go to. Couldn’t recommend it enough”
“I would recommend the Nickel Plate as a destination to eat. The food is great. Nice portions. A very friendly atmosphere. Servers are always pleasant. There is also vendors that sell cool merchandise for that special occasion. Great place to hold a shower or birthday party. It's in a warehouse, so again the Nickle Plate atmosphere is airy . I would try it out.!!! 👍”

“I came here this afternoon Feb 16th from across the border with my children.
My daughter shovelled driveways for hours in our neighbourhood to make enough money to buy a Hatsune figurine. With the American exchange it’s quite a bit more for us, but they’re so hard to find around here.
We were greeted by Ember when we walked in. Ember was so sweet and she helped with a sign up discount during our purchase. My daughter was ecstatic she had money left over from her shovelling money after Ember applied the discount.
We have never been to this store before but it’s so super cool in general.
And with staff having the positive aura Ember was giving off and her amazing personality , we would 100% cross the border to come back and shop here again.

The person I asked for help was able to find it for me right away. I think they also have very fair prices, and a great selection of things you can't find anywhere else.”

“They have a HUGE selection of Bills merch, in addition to other Buffalo sports teams. Its always fun walking around in here, and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
This is my go to spot for Bills & Sabres msince Dave & Adams nearby has gone downhill in terms of customer service (I had a bad employee interaction there months ago) and their selection of jerseys here is FAR better. They have authentic Sabres jerseys here and not the cheap replicas D&A sells.

“In 2018 I got a giant golden retriever plush for under $70. It made my mom so happy when she was in a nursing home for rehab. Every visitor had to pet him, it spooked the night at first because he looked real, and even brought joy to her roommate. To some people this is just a store that didn't sell everything they wanted. To me it is the place where I got something that made my mom happy for a couple weeks about two months before she died.”

They made my daughters birthday so incredibly special and went above and beyond with their customer service. ❤️ They took the time to send another order out at no cost to me due to a third party company not delivering my daughters order to the correct address.
