“The pharmacy staff is very helpful and kind, and work as hard as they can to get everything taken care of quickly. The store itself is conveniently located for me and my family, it's usually very clean and well organized. Overall it's a good location.”

“Wanted to bring a prescription back to put it in the lock up box but it was full. They claimed that it was an outside company but have they called to pick it up? The Walgreens in West Seneca doesn't even have one (ALL PHARMACIES SHOULD) so I made a special trip to the L.A. location and it was a waste of gas and time”

“Not from Lackawanna area (on vacation) but forgot needle tips for an insulin pen.P Called Rite Aid Lackawanna and the person answering the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived at the store and found out it was the pharmacist, Danielle, who answered the phone (I thought it would be a pharm tech). She was incredibly helpful with my myriad of questions. She is nice, warm, and for me, incredibly knowledgeable. And Happy Birthday, again, Danielle! ❤️”
