“For those of you that need to do your banking on the run, this is the M&T drive through to stop at especially if you are zipping through the downtown elevated interchange. It is close enough to an exit and entrance to either direction on I81 or I690. It is primarily a motor banking port having two motor banking windows with live tellers during regular banking hours. You can park and go to the inside counter, but I never have gone inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. What I like best about driving through here is that they never go to next day business while open. There is also a 24 hour drive up ATM.”

My 4 year old grandaughter who had to used the bathroom then and there or else. He was kind enough to let me use the employee bathroom in this emergency even thought they are usually for employees only to my understanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I've been a customer of Key Band for many years and will continue to do so because of this little act of kindness.”

“This branch is located inside a Crouse Hospital building. The office is clean and staff friendly. Lisa who helped me with opening an account was very courteous and professional.”
“Joe Annorino, Branch Manager, was very helpful when I opened up a new checking account out of an abundance of caution due to identity theft. He helped explain the checking products, figure out what worked best for me, and then made sure my autopay was set up properly to come out of the new account.
All in all, during a stressful and uncertain time, he was supportive and quick to assist me. I've always had pleasant experiences at this branch. Thank you Joe and staff!”

“Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money. I’m sure I looked super sus shoving it back in my pocket and dismissing it but he didn’t make me feel like he was suspicious of me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed if anything he just reassured me that he could help me if I found I needed it. So that’s very nice customer service though I wasn’t a customer and my brain was definitely not working”

“I set up an appointment online to open an account. The day I arrived, the clerk quickly checked me in, and I met with the manager who set up my account. The whole process was less than a half hour. Much of my family uses AmeriCu and I learned that they have MULTIPLE ATMs you can use that are affiliated through a cooperative program throughout the country. So even if this one is closed, I have a list of places I can go to withdraw cash if needed. I'm satisfied with the service I had.”
