“I walk to this place from work. They go out of their way for me. Could not be any more pleasant. Will continue to go there. Never busy... never have to wait in line.”

“I had to mail something via certified mail and dropped in with my son yesterday afternoon. We ended up being helped quickly while having a very delightful conversation with two of the most polite, kind and helpful post office workers I have ever encountered! One even had some decor at her station that was just so whimsical and unexpected :) We wish them both all the very best.”

6709 South Salina Street, Nedrow NY 13120
“I’ve been to a lot of post offices and most of the time I’ve had negative experiences. This was my second time going to the nedrow location and it truly is a gem. The man there was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or stupid, it truly was a really pleasant experience and I look forward to making this my regular post office.”

599 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville NY 13066
“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”

110 Wesley Street, Manlius NY 13104
“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”

6581 Kinne Road, Syracuse NY 13214
“I have nothing really negative to say. The people working there were quick, accurate and very pleasant. More pleasant than most clerks around the holidays. That building is starting to really show its age, though. Overall, a decent visit!”

2200 South Salina Street, Syracuse NY 13205
“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”

4912 W Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse NY 13215
“I’m not sure why people post 1/5 reviews about the general USPS service. I went to this branch on a random Tuesday morning and it was downright peaceful and pleasant. The lady that served me was friendly, helpful, and efficient.”

226 Teall Avenue, Syracuse NY 13217
“Friendly and professional staff that has consistently been helpful. The only reason they get a 4 is because their location is difficult to get to due to traffic patterns.”

“Great service every time I make my daily/weekly runs. Postal clerks are always kind and helpful. I'd put names if I knew them but kudos to the tall man and super kind lady, who always get the job done, I appreciate yall!! 😊 10/10”
