Lots of mail still missing. Incompetence personified behind the counter. They have no idea where my mail is. DO YOUR JOB AND LOOK FOR IT, DUH!

These people don't have a single clue on how to do anything and delay packages for days with misinformation because they can't be bothered to do the right thing the first time around. Now I've got a package days late and I've got to return it. Complete waste of my time and money.
