There a one clerk that is always rude. Does not go out of his way to help you in any way. I drive all the way to east syracuse now and I live in Dewitt. Just to avoid that situation.

Nice staff but on a Saturday they closed early or weren't open at all, unlike 1pm hours they post. That's normal for a barber shop but not a government office. So ended up having to go to North Syracuse instead, lost about two hours that day due to that.

My preferred Post Office - not the closest, but definitely the most pleasant.
