“I cannot express how great this experience was. Jeffry the store manager in manlius is so nice!!!! Often times while I was there he came out to ask how things were going and to check in. The building is clean and well kept.
A complete 180 experience than I had with another storage company.

“I just want to take time out to say how amazing the staff are at this location on Erie Blvd, I came in recently to start a new contract and my mind was all over the place because I had lost my debit cards in a house fire and the only card I had was prepaid, they explained I could put down the cash and add my new card later I went and got the money and came back paid my fees and got my storage (I don’t remember both their names but I will update later I believe it was Brittany and Michelle) Michelle asked you had a fire and I said yes but we’re overwhelmed with donations so I need a storage and she says well I have some things if you want them and she showed me everything available to us I literally was speechless I couldn’t even cry so overwhelmed with joy they are both angels and a great power team when it come to work, Brittany definitely left her mark by putting a smile on my face and asking “What dessert could you eat forever?” And I replied, “Lemon Pound cake” it was a moment of normality just a regular conversation these ladies are awesome went above and beyond and literally every question was answered and every problem solved when I walked out of there I definitely felt a little bit better. God Bless them truly!”

When it comes to moving and storing needs. after moving five or six times throughout the years. I’ve had headache and heartache with different companies, but there’s seamless integration on online booking and that the fact that I did everything through my mobile phone . There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . “Getting a storage unit from B&C storage was extremely easy! I went on the website looked for the storage size I wanted and was able to reserve it until I was able to move into it. When we went to go see which unit we had and looked at it they had a little bag inside the unit for when we got there which had a nice lock and key set a little pamphlet and a business card as well inside the bag. Everything went very smoothly! I never thought it would have been that easy to get a storage unit but it was. Thank you B&C for being so easy and for also supplying us with a lock for the unit. You guys are awesome!!”

“The facility is clean, classy and safe. It's also conveniently located close to my new house, which is awesome. The staff/customer service for this company is amazing - super friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. I've talked to a couple different people and every experience was the same. It’s like watching a well oiled service operation before one’s eyes, a well managed and beautifully run business. “Rented trailer. Received trailer. Returned trailer. More or less smooth sailing. Five stars…

Rented trailer again. Easy going customer service. I’d guess the poor reviews listed here were probably related to the individual posting.

It’s also true the trailer I got was not the one ordered. They gave me a rental pretty similar. 4x8 vs 5x9. I’ll happily take the extra space and the weight/size penalty was insignificant. This is U-Haul and things are in constant flux.

It appears there are new owners/managers from several years ago.”

“Really nice people and reasonably priced. My husband has stored a classic car with these guys for several years. The owner is always accommodating to my husband's schedule. This year, our future son-in-law used their storage for household goods between leases. Again, a great experience. Not My Garage also sponsors several non-profit events. They have been the water sponsor for the Good Samaritan 5k for the last 4 years. Great owner who provides great service.”
