“We were so pleased to find the UPS store in Manlius NY. UPS handled wrapping and packing two large heirloom photos of my parents. We could not take them on the plane due to their size. They arrived in perfect condition and on the promised date.”

“I’ve been to a lot of post offices and most of the time I’ve had negative experiences. This was my second time going to the nedrow location and it truly is a gem. The man there was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like I was rushed or stupid, it truly was a really pleasant experience and I look forward to making this my regular post office.”
“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”

“This is the closest Post Office to my workplace and I love the location. Robin and Deb are very friendly and accommodating. I've even seen them use a translator app to help customers who don't speak English figure out what they need. They give directions and are very knowledgeable on everything from how to get a passport to ordering mail products online for businesses. Hey process money orders quickly and seem to get to know customers which I love. The ladies are great and if you go early there is almost no wait. It gets busy around 11am.”

“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”
