“Dear Store Management,
I’m writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful assistance I received from Michelle in Customer Service. After noticing I had been charged incorrectly for a few items, I approached her for help. Michelle was kind, attentive, and immediately took action.
She personally looked into the issue, reviewed the charges, and resolved everything quickly. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the entire experience easy and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who handles a problem with such grace and efficiency.
Michelle is a credit to your store, and I truly appreciate her outstanding service.
Warm regards, Larry Keshinover”
“Excellent hot food and salad bar selections. Daily 6 hot soup varieties. Special mention of the bagels that are huge and chunky with just the right texture of chewiness, not too spongy or hard.”
